Geelong Art Bollards Eastern Beach Suburban Icon Poster
Between 1995 and 2005, artist Jan Mitchell turned 104 old timber mooring posts from Geelong's Yarra Street Pier into a parade of hand-painted characters: lifesavers, sailors, swimmers, musicians and everyday locals.
Today the Bollards line the Eastern Beach waterfront, framed by the Spanish Steps, the Ferris wheel, the old carousel, Cunningham Pier and rows of tall palms.
This print brings that cheerful foreshore scene home. You can almost hear the carousel music drifting over Corio Bay.
Designed by Historic Prints as part of the Suburban Icons collection, this Geelong Bollards art print comes in A4, A3, A2 and A1, perfect for gifting or adding a little Geelong character to your walls.
