Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment online via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Matcha Inc is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at source@emanuelkenmei.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Returns or replacements may be subject to carrier assessment.

Return Shipping Costs

Return delivery fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns will be assessed upon arrival. If a return is rejected, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
