Established in 1952, Tsubota Pearl is a Tokyo-based company producing exquisite metal and leather work. Our craftsmanship combines traditional techniques with modern design, creating timeless accessories for everyday luxury.
The founder, Hiroshi Tsubota, named the brand “PEARL” inspired by the world’s first cultured pearl, invented in Japan. He envisioned his creations reaching the world, reflecting both quality and elegance.

Our Creations
From lighters and cigarette cases to cigar cutters, business card holders, perfume atomizers, and pill boxes, every piece is meticulously crafted to embody understated luxury.
All components are made in specialized workshops in and around the Asakusa area of Tokyo, known as Shitamachi, or downtown Tokyo. Products made outside Japan are carefully selected under Tsubota Pearl’s high standards.
