Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia. International shipping times vary by destination. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address for you.
Absolutely. Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection at our gallery. In-store pickup is available during gallery hours.
Returns & Exchanges
We are not able to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed, due to the workflow of our dispatch team.
We gladly accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, or faulty. Some items, such as consumables or personalized products, may not be eligible for return once opened. Please handle all items with care to ensure they remain in their original condition.
