We've opened up a small number of exclusive ride experiences so you can see exactly what it feels like to ride a premium handcrafted European sidecar paired with one of our e-bikes, before you decide to bring one home. Whether you're thinking of a sidecar for your dog, your child, or simply want to carry more on your daily rides, there's no better way to know than to actually feel it.
Our sidecars are made to last, built from durable fibreglass, lightweight yet incredibly sturdy. The pivot attachment gives you a smooth, natural ride so it never feels like you're hauling something heavy. You just ride. And your co-pilot sits beside you, taking it all in.

Come along to our Melbourne location and meet the Matcha Inc. team. We'll walk you through the sidecar setup, answer any questions, and get you comfortable before you head off.
3. Get Fitted and Ready to Ride
We'll match you with the right e-bike and sidecar configuration for your ride. If you're bringing your dog or child, we'll make sure they're safely and comfortably settled in before you set off.
4. Hit the Road
Enjoy your sidecar experience through Melbourne at your own pace. Feel the smooth pivot attachment in action, the quiet power of the e-bike, and what it's like to have your co-pilot right beside you.

Yes, completely. There's no cost and no obligation. The ride experience is our way of letting you see and feel the sidecar and e-bike for yourself, in the best possible setting — out on the road.
Each experience runs for approximately 1-2 hours. We keep it relaxed and unhurried so you have plenty of time to get comfortable and enjoy the ride.

Bringing Your Pet or Child
Absolutely and in fact, we encourage it. The sidecar is designed to be safe and comfortable for pets weighing up to 45kg. Just mention in your booking that you'll be bringing your dog and we'll make sure everything is ready for them.
Yes. The sidecar accommodates children and pets up to 45kg and is built with a secure pivot attachment that keeps the sidecar stable throughout the ride. Safety is always our first priority.
Just themselves. We'll take care of the rest. If your dog has a favourite blanket or toy that helps them feel settled, you're welcome to bring that along too.
