Established in 1952 by Hiroshi Tsubota, Tsubota Pearl produces incredible metalwork with all components made by artisans using traditional techniques in specialised workshops around the Asakusa area of Tokyo; known as Shitamachi.

Developed in 1964, the Bolbo was their first ever petrol lighter. Crafted with a raw brass body that enables you to develop your own personal patina. Stunning. Easy to use one-handed, it has a single flame that stays alight for as long as needed.
